UrCafe is a community run venture ran by local residents for the local community, Ran in partnership with local community development company Urchoice Young Peoples Project. They are currently based in the Beaumont Leys area of the city UrCafe aims to provide low cost food for the community.
UrCafe is currently funded by Leicester City Councils' Community Wellness team and other partners but has ambitions of becoming a self sufficient provider of food for the local community.
